Welfare of the Citizens Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority

The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) is a governmental body established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024. A first-of-its-kind initiative envisioned by the Honorable Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, PERA aims at the welfare of the citizens across Punjab by particularly addressing crucial issues such as inflation and encroachment.

Enforcement stations are being set up, empowering authorized officers to carry out proceedings and hearings, and to pursue administrative and non-judicial enforcement actions for violations of relevant laws.
