The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) is a governmental body established under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024. A first-of-its-kind initiative envisioned by the Honorable Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, PERA is aimed at the welfare of citizens across Punjab by addressing issues such as inflation and encroachment — through empowered, non-judicial administrative enforcement.
